Terms and conditions
Version 2026-07-14 · Applies to the site, the dashboard and the Chrome extension “Marketplace Auto-Reply” (“the Service”), operated by Tomas Ignacio Riat (“the Provider”).
⚠️ 1. Risk to your Facebook account — read this
- Automating replies on personal accounts is NOT allowed by Meta/Facebook’s Terms of Service. Using the Service means breaching those terms.
- As a result, Meta may restrict, suspend or permanently remove your Facebook account, your Marketplace listings and/or associated features, without notice.
- The Provider applies technical measures to reduce the automation footprint (random delays, progressive typing, an automatic pause when you step in), but no measure eliminates the risk. We do not guarantee the continuity of your account.
- You use the Service on your own account, being its sole holder and responsible party, and by your own decision.
2. What the Service does
The Service uses a browser extension that, within your own Facebook session, reads the incoming messages of your Marketplace and sends replies generated with artificial intelligence, recording the contact details that buyers share (name, city, phone). We never ask for your Facebook password.
3. Your account and acceptable use
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your connection token: it is equivalent to a password.
- You use the Service only on Facebook accounts you own.
- You may not use the Service for spam, harassment, deception, or to sell illegal goods or services.
- We may suspend access in the event of use that breaches these terms.
4. Subscription and payments
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription, with a free trial period without a card. When the subscription expires or is canceled, access to the API and to automatic replies stops; your already captured leads remain visible and you can export them. You may cancel at any time; there are no refunds for periods already paid, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Data
You authorize us to process the messages of your Marketplace chat and your buyers’ contact details for the sole purpose of providing the Service (automatic reply, leads dashboard, alerts and the integrations you configure). The details are in the privacy policy. You are responsible for handling your buyers’ data in accordance with the regulations that apply to you.
6. No warranties and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor the accuracy of AI-generated replies, nor commercial results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release us from all liability for damages arising from restrictions, suspensions or loss of your Facebook account, your listings or the associated sales, including lost profits. Our total liability is limited, at most, to the amount you paid in the last month of service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We record the version you accepted when creating your account. If there are substantial changes, we will notify you and you may cancel if you do not agree.
